Michael joined The Sterling Law Office in December 2024, and concentrates his practice on business transactional matters and commercial disputes. Prior to joining The Sterling Law Office, he worked on trade secrets litigation for a major financial services company, and spent his summers in law school working on transactional real estate matters in Chicago and New York.  

Michael lives in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago with his wife Zoe, and two cats, Remy and Ron. When not practicing law, Michael enjoys distance running, playing guitar in Harland and The Chicago Bar Association’s Barristers Big Band Jazz Ensemble, writing music, and spending time with his family.
