Blake focuses her practice on commercial litigation and business transactional matters. Blake represents companies and business owners in a wide range of disputes involving breach of contract, partnership and shareholder conflicts, business torts, and intellectual property issues. She brings a strategic, solutions-oriented approach to her cases, focused not only on prevailing in court but also on creating long-term solutions that align with her clients’ business goals.

Prior to joining the firm in March 2025, Blake’s practice concentrated on breach of contract and intellectual property matters. She has experience handling disputes from pre-suit strategy through resolution, including motion practice, discovery, negotiations, and settlement discussions. She has experience guiding matters from pre-suit counseling through motion practice, discovery, negotiation, and resolution, and is known for her analytical rigor, thoughtful communication, and commitment to client-centered advocacy.

Blake earned her Juris Doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2019, where she was actively involved in the Intellectual Property Law Society and the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, and served as Treasurer of the Women’s Caucus. Blake also holds both a Master of Music in Vocal Pedagogy and Opera Performance and a Bachelor of Music from Belmont University, where she served on the Graduate Student Council and as Treasurer of Sigma Alpha Iota. Her academic background includes extensive language study that has helped shape her precise analytical and communication skills.

Blake lives in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood with her husband and their two dogs, Heisenberg and Monte Cristo. Outside the office, she enjoys tennis and pickleball, hiking, scuba diving, and making music.
